3. Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of services. We do not accept checks. Please note that some jobs may require deposits for special order or non-refundable parts. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit, and debit cards. A detailed invoice will be provided, and we encourage customers to keep their receipt for their records.
4. Warranty Policy
We offer a 1-year/10,000-mile warranty on all services and parts we provide. Please note that there is no warranty on parts supplied by the customer. Our warranty covers only the work that was diagnosed and recommended by the Easy-Fix team.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another customer. Cancellations can be made online or via phone.
